Zevmio is built for relevant, respectful one-to-one business outreach. This Acceptable Use and Anti-Spam Policy is part of our Terms of Service at /terms and applies to everyone using the Service.
1. Send only lawful, relevant outreach
- Only contact people where you have a lawful basis, such as a genuine, relevant business reason to reach them, and follow the anti-spam and privacy laws of your country and your recipients' countries (for example CAN-SPAM, GDPR and PECR where they apply).
- Identify yourself and your business honestly. Use accurate "From" names, reply-to addresses and subject lines.
- Include a working way to opt out in every outreach email, and stop emailing anyone who unsubscribes or asks you to stop. Zevmio adds unsubscribe handling and suppression lists to help; do not remove or work around them.
- Keep lists clean: remove bounced, invalid and role addresses that should not be contacted.
2. What is not allowed
- Sending to purchased, rented, harvested or scraped lists where you have no lawful basis to contact the recipients.
- Bulk or newsletter-style marketing to consumers who have not opted in.
- Phishing, impersonation, misleading or deceptive content, fake invoices, or hiding your identity.
- Malware, malicious links or attachments, or attempts to obtain passwords or payment details.
- Content or offers that are illegal, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, or that promote violence; or illegal goods and services, gambling, adult services, get-rich-quick or pyramid schemes, or unlicensed financial products.
- Re-sending to people who unsubscribed, or using new mailboxes or domains to dodge suppression, complaints or blocks.
- Interfering with the Service: probing, scraping, overloading or bypassing plan limits, sharing accounts to evade limits, or reselling access without our permission.
- Abusing the warmup network, for example using warmup mailboxes for real outreach or trying to identify, contact or harvest other participants' mailboxes.
- Using mailboxes or domains you are not authorised to use.
3. Sending health
We monitor signals such as bounces, spam complaints and blocklist listings to protect deliverability for every customer. If a mailbox or workspace shows unusually high bounce or complaint rates, we may slow or pause sending or warmup and ask you to fix the problem.
4. Enforcement
If we believe this policy has been broken, we may remove content, pause campaigns or mailboxes, suspend warmup, or suspend or close the workspace or account, with or without notice depending on the severity. Suspensions for breaking this policy are not eligible for refunds. We may report illegal activity to the authorities.
5. Reporting abuse
To report unwanted email sent through Zevmio, forward it with its full headers to contact@zevmio.com. Please include any details that help us identify the sender.
